What is DrViewer?

DrViewer is a web service that enables online medical and dental appointment scheduling.

Why?

This application was born out of necessity at a busy medical practice. We found that we needed a simple but highly functional web interface to interact with established and potential patients. After nearly a year of use, it has increased new patient scheduling, and it has enhanced our ability to interact with established patients. More importantly, it has increased convenience and access to care for our patients.

How does DrViewer achieve this?

• It gives a doctor or dentist increased web visibility-whether one already has a website or not. Patients can find you.
• It allows patients to conveniently schedule appointments with a practice online and in real time-open appointments get filled and get filled sooner.
• It allows patients to contact a practice online and takes load off of the office front desk-allowing staff to focus on more important issues.
• It does not require any software or hardware other than a computer with a web browser and INTERNET connection.

I have bought a web domain, but I am not doing anything with it-what do I do?

Easy question! If you already have a domain, but no web site associated with it, then you can FORWARD it to your personal DrViewer web site. To do this you must contact your domain registration service for instructions on how to forward your existing purchased domain to your brand new DrViewer web site.
